I have served Camden United Methodist Church and Canton Bend United Methodist Church since June 2006 (two church charge). I like folks, young and old, to just call me "Rev Ed." This two-church charge is a blessing to my wife, Sharon, and my daughter, Amber.
When you visit our churches you will feel the joy of Jesus and a desire to praise Christ continually. We have so many people who are blessed with gifts in teaching and music. Both churches are mission-minded. We truly believe in order to receive a blessing you have to be a blessing.
I, "Rev Ed," try to make church inspirational and interesting. I have a degree in broadcast journalism, a Master of Divinity Degree from New Orleans Baptist Theogolical Seminary, I am an Air Force Veteran, and I have experiences in all the odd jobs in the world. I like music, drama and comedy. If we can work all three into worship and fellowship--Amen!
